What investors and builders ask most often
How far in advance do we need to order?
The earlier the better – ideally in the initial project phase. For staircases allow 6–12 weeks from signing.
What if the build schedule shifts?
It happens – we'll work it out. On larger projects we always build in buffers and ongoing coordination.
Do we need to order all phases at once?
No. We just need to know the overall intent – then we proceed phase by phase. Each phase has its own contract.
Is there a minimum order value?
We don't work to a fixed threshold. We prefer projects where we see the value of a longer-term relationship – whether that's two phases or five.
